Your PIN
To access “Your Account” enter your
library card number, without spaces, as well your
PIN (Personal Identification Number). Your
default PIN was
set to the last 4 digits of your phone number
as listed in your library account. You will have the option to change your PIN after logging in using the default PIN. If you later change the
phone number listed in your account, doing so will not change your PIN.
If you had a library account prior to March 21, 2013
and there
was no phone number in your account, a default PIN was not set for you. You will need to visit any library branch to
obtain your PIN. If you are age 16 or older, you will be required to present your library card
or present a photo ID that
includes your name and birth date. Your name and birth date must match the name and birth date in your library
account. If you are under the age of 16, you will need to present your library card
or
present a student photo ID
or the responsible adult listed on your account must present a photo ID.
If you applied for a library card for the first time after March 21, 2013, your default PIN was set to the last 4 digits
of your phone number listed in your library account. If you did not include a
phone number on your card application, the library staff provided you a random PIN at the time your library card was issued.
A PIN cannot be issued by calling the library.
A PIN cannot be disclosed or changed by calling the library. Library staff cannot view your current PIN as it is encrypted in our system to protect your privacy.
